A:). Cancellation Policy – Customers may cancel an order by calling (281) 317-0092. If a cancellation is requested after an order has shipped, the package must be returned as per our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy – We hope that you love everything that you order, but if you are unhappy with any of the products you receive, you may initiate a refund within 30 days of receiving your product by emailing our support team at [email protected] All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibilities. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or an Insured Parcel Post for your return.
The first container of each product will be granted a refund as long as no more than 50% of the product has been consumed. For orders containing multiples of the same product we require the return of all unopened products. We process refunds once these products are returned to us in resale-able condition. Please include your order details when returning products.
